Samantha, This is very informative and I’m so happy you’ve found relief and better health! You confirmed several of the changes I’ve made to my diet and supplements, and I ordered the D2/K2 from Raw…!

I miss you and love you and pray for you, your healing, and our healing.

~ Johanna

Hi Kristine! Thanks for your comment. I should distinguish here between yoga as a spiritual practice and yoga-inspired postures for physical workout purposes. For the purposes of healing in this article, I am speaking purely of physical exercises for stretching and strengthening.

For more on how faithful Christians ought to approach the spiritual practice of meditation (and how to distinguish Christian meditation from Eastern meditation), see the work of Joseph Ratzinger aka Pope Benedict XVI: https://www.vatican.va/content/dam/wss/roman_curia/congregations/cfaith/documents/rc_con_cfaith_doc_19891015_meditazione-cristiana_en.html
